Chisel Chips Float
A very nice sample of morphed copper crystal half breed from the Mass City, Michigan area. It is about 2" long and 1 1/2" tall. It has spots of silver in multiple areas. There is also different colors of native copper and it still has its original patina. It weighs 1.6 ounces which includes the small lucite base.

A very nice copper crystal grouping If found last summer at the Indiana mine #1 mine dump which is just east of Mass City, Michigan a few miles. There are two major spires of crystals and multiple smaller ones. The two larger spires formed next to each other but are not connected. There was not much copper found at all at this pile, but did find some chrysocolla. It is 2 1/2" long, and 2" tall, and weighs 75 grams.

A very nice silver/copper halfbreed. usually they are copper/silver but this sample as you can see is mostly silver with some spots of copper. It is 3/4" long and weighs 2+ grams.

A beautiful silver/copper half breed. You really have to look to find the few spots of copper on this specimen from keweenaw county michigan. The specimen is 15/16" long, and weighs 3 grams.This is the rarer type half breed as most are mainly copper with a bit of silver on them.

This unusual copper tree is from the old long gone white pine mine in Ontonogan county. It is from the overflow pipe from the smelter that was located at the mine. It is almost 2 3/4" long and weighs 5.7 ounces. I have seen smaller pieces from the smelter but this is the longest and heaviest I have seen to date.

This is a nickel composition from a fmc plant. Gary Richards verified that it is nickel and it probably also has another metal with it. for those who like unusual looking pieces this is a keeper. It is almost 3" long and weighs 3 ounces.
