This is a historic period Neckerchief slide of native copper from the Hudson Bay Company. The copper was hammered then shaped. The loop is welded as shown in pictures. Tried to get more info on the marks shown on the inside but could not find any information to date this to a more precise time period. The two stamped items on the back side are a fleur delis and a HB. The front and back sides both have a great aged patina on them. It weighs 14 grams.
